There's at least one reason: we never went on these..:-) (not yet...).

OK, that's certainly the maintainer who better knows these things.

We generally don't really insist on enforcing things anyway. So
whether this is a bout using "Debian" or about capitalizing "approx",
you should do the way you prefer and see the review only as
recommendations.

Attached is another proposal where "Debian packages" is replaced by
".deb packages" which is indeed the most neutral way to say what we
want to say, and "approx" is no longer capitalized (except at the
beginning of sentences).
