Hi, It seems that upstream does have support for amd64 in the current version in the archive. I was able to do a bootstrap from an i386 version, and it seems to be building itself without problems now. Unfortuntly, there doesn't seem to be anything else in the archive I could try it on. But since it needs itself to build, it probably works.
