Package: selinux-policy-default Version: 2:0.0.20080702-6 staff_sudo_t is, different to staff_t, not allowed to execute apt_exec_t. As staff_sudo_t describes the same user just with a different uid, I would believe that both types have the same rights from the MAC point of view.
