Remember the erroneous one was librefblas3-dev (--> refblas3-dev) not atlas3-base-dev. > We could also report a bug against buildd don't you think ? I found now that bug #403246 on sbuild could be this same problem. It seems treated but there are doubts about resolution, maybe you could send a new report as maintainer of scilab stating that this bug already occurs.
