Package: xserver-xorg-input-wacom
Version: 0.8.3.2-1
Severity: important
File: wacom

Unlike the options in xorg.conf options set with xsetwacom do not
persist. This means unplugging and replugging the tablet or suspending
and resuming the system, and perhaps even switching to console resets
the tablet to defaults.

So much for input hotplug.

I suspect this is a general X hotplug problem which is only important
for special devices like tablets that can be meaningfully configured.

Since I see in another bug that xorg.conf is no longer recommended I am
looking forward for a solution that makes tablets usable with hotplug.

Thanks

Michal
