Package: quilt
Version: 0.46-6
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

maybe I have not read the documentation correctly, but it seems to me
that currently there is no obvious way, using quilt, to create
large-scale patches. What I’d like to do in some cases is to:
      * take a snapshot of the source tree
      * hack on it
      * generate a patch with all changes from the snapshot, including
        new or removed files

Using "quilt add $(find -type f)" works somehow, but it doesn’t take
into account new files.

Cheers,
