rss2email has the potential of sending a lot of mail very fast. This could trigger ISP alarms. Therefore a DELAY_PER_MESSAGE=0 variable could be added. E.g, DELAY_PER_MESSAGE=3 would mean "wait 3 seconds before sending each message". Perhaps just call it DELAY.
