I am running 0.99.10-1lenny1 + the patch below:

The bug is also apparently described in Vyatta Security Bulletin
VSB-09-001: "Vyatta's BGP process will go down if it receives a route
update containing a path with more than four 32-bit AS numbers" 
which doesn't yet appear to be public.
