turns out this is only one email triggering a segfault:
XXXXXXXXXX:~# cd /var/lib/amavis/tmp/
XXXXXXXXXX:/var/lib/amavis/tmp# diff -r *10645 *13048
XXXXXXXXXX:/var/lib/amavis/tmp#

I've now put the offending email on hold in postfix. The email is a
pre-flight information from Lufthansa <[email protected]>

I'll attach an anonymized version of the unpacked amavis files to the
bug report via the web-interface.

We'll probably try to upgrade a copy of this virtual machine to lenny
soon and I'll report back if the problem is gone with lenny.
