There has never been a menu entry for XSkat in the XFCE4 main menu, but I was always able to start is going menu -> Debian -> Games -> XSkat. After the last upgrade there is no Debian menu displayed anymore, so there is no link to the program anymore. It should be fairly easy to create a menu entry for XSkat in the normal structure (XFCE4-menu > Games), ScummVM and DOSBox do appear there.
