Yes. The general description is now translated and a few help pages
for games are done now as well.

That is definitly the best solution. My work war rather "quick and
dirty" to get some translated man pages too look at. Could you notify
me once you have the i18n framework for the man pages in place? Then I
can translated (or rather move the translation out of my version of
mkmanpages.pl) to the new framework to get things rolling for the
German l10n.
