Please re-open this as a wishlist bug: udev shouldn't completely stop
if it encounters a bad ruleset like the one in the iscan package.
Earlier versions of udev were able to continue over the "Goto"
pointing to a nonexisting target in that config file. This is a good
thing. A bad scanner driver shouldn't bring down the whole boot
process, udev should catch this and proceed without the driver.
