The owner would be monodoc-dbus-1-manual - a package which was produced
by the "dbus" source package back in 2005.

I've got to admit, I don't think this bug is worth keeping - If you want
to reassign the bug against dbus versions between 0.36.2-1 and
0.63.git.20060719-3 then feel free
