It looks like this bug is being caused by the #define's in
include/dfb_types.h being incompatible with the definitions in
asm/types.h. If I remove those #define's and instead replace them
with a #include <asm/types.h>, the package builds fine. (Although as
the original bug reporter said, it would ideally be better not to use
headers directly from asm/*.h or linux/*.h at all.)
