Upstream wish.
Icedove offers a very lacking dialog for opening attachments.
1.The application for oppening attachments is not the desktop default one.
Example: PDFs, it uses AcroRead when Okular is the desktop default.
Related deficiencies.
2.It only lists one application for openinng the file.
3.The "Do this automatically..." checkbox is disabled for many files for
unknown reasons.
4.You need to type the entire path of an executable to choose another
opening application.
