Yes.

Please "apt-get install module-assistant", followed by running:

# module-assistant prepare virtualbox-ose
# module-assistant auto-install virtualbox-ose
# /etc/init.d/virtualbox-ose stop
# /etc/init.d/virtualbox-ose start

This will re-compile the module for the kernel you're running, install it and
reload the module. It's interesting to see whether the problem also exists when
using your own build.
