I have tried to build gnutls26 2.7.12-1 on amd64 arch as experimental
does not have the corresponding binaries. It fails with self-test:

Is it known?
I can't try to fix this issue, but will inform upstream. About
libneon26, it should be removed. There's no package depends on it.
