Please remove source package boost, which is version 1.34.1 of Boost. We already have later versions of boost, e.g. boost1.38 in the archive, and package boost-defaults providing unversioned development packages. I have gone through all the packages that build-depend on boost and tried a rebuild; the result is that 70 out of 99 still build and the failing packages have bugs filed [1]. Adeodato has scheduled binary NMU builds as appropriate [2] and we feel that boost can be removed now.
