A testcase is needed to determine the cause. The message indicates there probably is a dynamic relocation in .eh_frame. This is just a performance issue (on hpux we are stuck with dynamic relocations -- well actually we may be able to use segment relative relocations to avoid the problem, but the support to do this isn't completely there).
