Hello, It looks like the original bugs was a failure caused by version 1.1.0-2 not being compatible with the current testing translate-toolkit (1.3.0-4)
This bug also looks like 509696. It could also be a problem with some dependencies not being really ready when pootle is started. Wookey. You are using stable, right?
