I never said that you should have done a new upload. I know how frustrating
the new queue can be, but a answer should have been nice as talking to a wall
is also extreme frustrating.

Seems to be a launchpad problem. The ubuntu infrastructure seems to break
quite often since the release of jaunty.

I used the watch file from 
http://gitorious.org/cuneiform-deb-pkg/cuneiform/blobs/raw/master/debian/watch
Which downloaded 
http://launchpad.net/cuneiform-linux/0.7/0.7/+download/cuneiform-linux-0.7.tar.bz2
 
without any problems.

Maybe you should add the watch file to your package too.
