Desktop files are added to app-install-data by running an extractor script
over the testing distribution. This script is tools/getMenuData.py.

I could rebuild app-install-data this week, is the desktop file from version
0.3.1-7 OK, or are there reasons to ship the newer one?

(app-install-data is built against testing to have no unavailable packages
listed when testing becomes stable [packages which are only in unstable])
