Package: awstats
Version: 6.5+dfsg-1+etch1
Severity: normal

I'm using awstats to collect statistics on several reverse-proxies. I've
mounted /var/log/apache2 from each proxy with FUSE SSHFS on
/var/log/apache2/proxy003 and /var/log/apache2/proxy004.
Permissions are set correctly.

If I run "perl logresolvemerge.pl /var/log/apache2/*_access.log" it works.
If I run "perl logresolvemerge.pl /var/log/apache2/proxy*/site_access.log" it
works.
If I run "perl logresolvemerge.pl /var/log/apache2/proxy*/*_access.log" it
fails.
If I run "perl logresolvemerge.pl /var/log/apache2/proxy003/*_access.log" it
fails.

Error message I get on both cases is:

Error: Couldn't open log file "/var/log/apache2/proxy003/site_access.log" :
Operation not permitted.

It seems to me that logresolvemerge.pl is not able to use wildcards in an SSHFS
mounted directory.
