Bug#525078: single tick escaping

Hi Sam

How about the lines below (2300-2302)?
#ifndef __WXMSW__
                rawFileName.Replace(QUOTE, wxT("'\"'\"'"));
#endif

Wouldn't it be sufficient to just run this over rawFileName at any time and 
escape the single tick or am I missing something?
