The bug has appeared after the update of the package (0.9-5+b1 -> 0.13-2). Yes, I use the custom terminal emulator field in gnome-default-applications-properties, but my execution flag set to '-e' (it's the same signification for gnome-terminal or terminator). I've just modified it with '-x' and now there is no bug (but with the 0.9-5+b1, there was no problem with '-e', maybe that it really has a bug ?)
