Hi, any news on this? IMHO everybody who currently uses this codec should be made aware of the fact that it's completely experimental still and things will break in the future. IMHO you should update to the new version, rename packages for soname changes, and then let everybody who already uses CELT handle any problems that might appear (like old files can't be played anymore ...). Staying at an old version of such an experimental codec is no solution, instead it will only make problems worse as more and more files with the old bitstream are created.
