Hello, I suspect the error results from a wrong check and cfdisk considers an abnormal situation the identity of the limit of the extended partition with the begining or the end of a contained logical partition. Of course, such an identity is a normal situation for an extended partition and a logical one contained in it, but isn't for any other pair.
