I don't think this one should go in Recommends, and not even in Suggests. Not everyone is using evolution, and gaim isn't even part of the default GNOME installation. Even for evolution users, not everyone is using it to send loads of attached files. Furthermore, email is the wrong medium for sending files; there are much more appropriate protocols for that.
