Anyway, I don't add 'not ready mirrors' in the list.

Don't take it bad, but given our current mirror infrastructure, we need
admin to be responsive in case of issues (because users explicit the use
of *your* mirror).

If you feel you cannot allocate time in case of problem, then it's may
be better to not consume your network ressources.

If you feel you can commit on providing a working and up to date mirror,
then let's keep this bug report opened until you setup the mirror :)
