2.0.4 is now in unstable, but I doubt that changed anything sound related. Can you give more details -- which videos (channel/URL/episode) failed? Do you use the xine or gstreamer backend? if gstreamer you need to manually install various packages in addition, see README.Debian. Did you check the volume settings with alsamixer or similar? I cannot reproduce this, it must be something related to your setup or hardware, sound has been working fine here since the first miro upload.
