Refering back to resolved #460691 and #533740, the conflict still exists. The Gnome package has been modified correctly to recommend gnome-network-admin. However, package Gnome still has dependency gnome-desktop-environment where gnome-network-admin is still a dependency. Please make it a recommended package as well in gnome-desktop-environment.
