found 406420 2.rc3-4 thanks First, sorry for the delay of answer. This bug was in hping2 and i didn't have anytime to implement your solution or review it. Hping2 was removed [1] a few days ago and hping3 doesn't seem to have the bug (tested with ifrename and eth0/ETH0).
