Package: pioneers-console Version: 0.12.2-5 I used start-stop-daemon --make-pidfile to create a pidfile, but that only works in combination with --background, so the resulting pidfile doesn't hold the pid of the daemon. For this reason, stopping and restarting the meta-server with the init script doesn't work.
