Huh? 

That underscore appears to have confused your bug filing system. The
package name is quicklist, not quicklist_

This is the entire diff from the de translation already pending in

quicklist is not likely to be updated. It is likely to be orphaned and
then removed from unstable (and testing) prior to the next release.
