I use amarok to play mp3 files which mt-dappd http://packages.debian.org/de/lenny/mt-daapd mt-daapd runs on a different computer (Debian Lenny as well). When playing music from mp-daapd, amarok skips the last seconds. Playing the same files locally with amarok does not cause these skips. Skipped time is about 10 to 15 seconds. I see this with Ogg files as well with mp3 files. Example URL of an mp3 file (from amarok): daap://192.168.0.21:3689/1/12437.mp3 Example URL of an Ogg Vorbis file (from amarok): daap://192.168.0.21:3689/1/3344.wav I am not very sure ig this is a bug of amarok or of mt-daapd because I have no other daapd client running to debug this. (I apparently was too stupid to run xmms2, if you can recommend something differerent I will try). Feel free to reassign to mt-dappd if I chose the wrong package to submit this bug.
