I think you misunderstand, it's a warning that shouldn't be there. I could understand your response if I was trying to install a plugin requiring python. Either python should be a requirement, or the warning should not happen; whether this is done by silencing the warning or making sure that the plugin isn't installed is of no consequence to me or other users, I suppose.
