Thanks for the patch Daniel.
Unfortunately, this won't be fixed in Debian anytime soon. I've been
advised that FLTK (which OpenEXR uses) is waiting for libGLU to be
recompiled in line with the C++ ABI transition and this might only
happen with the move to X.Org (#317539).
