Just thought I'd mention that completion percentages displayed on
the screen should be rounded DOWN to the next lower .01%, not to
the nearest value, and times remaining should be rounded UP, not
to the nearest second. We expect Transmission to say
3 seconds remaining
[pause]
2 seconds remaining
[pause]
1 second remaining
[pause]
Seeding ...
A torrent should never actually say
(100.00%) - 0 seconds remaining
with another few confusing seconds of weirdness before it
starts seeding.
