for FreeRunner-Users looking at this bug: You can achieve the desired
feature by making this setting in /etc/enlightenment/sysactions.conf: 

action:   suspend   mdbus -s org.freesmartphone.ousaged 
/org/freesmartphone/Usage org.freesmartphone.Usage.Suspend

Not a general solution, though.
