Exactly the same problem here, the last version of dnscache-run failed
because of the absence of /usr/bin/sv
This problem can be solved by installing the package runit (that then
remove the package daemontools-run), that contains /usr/bin/sv. Thus,
probably a problem of dependency here (I don't know how equivalent are
runit and daemontools-run packages, but the postinst script should
probably adapt to the correct behavior of the installed one).
However, this do not solve the real problem: /etc/resolv.conf is not
anymore updated, no "nameserver 127.0.0.1" line is added. dbdns (or
djbdns) is doing properly its job, as manually adding the line let it be
accessed correctly, but dnscache seems to fail to update the resolv.conf
file when the network is changed.
