Package: debhelper Version: 7.3.7 Severity: wishlist It would be nice if debian/rules binary could be re-run iteratively during development (w/o clean) when dh is used.
The current behavior is similar to having a binary-stamp target. Which mostly nobody does.. (Sam may have had some other similar issues with dh vs Makefile equivilance that should be recorded here so I don't forget them.) -- see shy jo
