I agree with joeyh that moving NSTX_OPTIONS from the nstxd init script to /etc/nstx/defaults is a good idea. I also agree it would be nice if there were separate variables in the defaults file for things like -i (what this bug was filed for), but just being able to edit NSTX_OPTIONS would be a good start for now.
