Hi,
the changelog for 0.5.5.1-2.2 mentions the addition of a NEWS file about the
main change in -2.2 :
* Add NEWS file about changing /bin/sh.
But it is not present in the binary package. To get it included, just
$ mv debian/NEWS debian/dash.NEWS.Debian
