Damn, I wish I'd seen this bug report before spening an hour trying to
make it work. :/
Indeed, the -joymapX option is no longer present in the source; any
button configuration must be done via ~/.snes96_snapshots/snes9x.conf.
(This can easily be done by copying part of the [Unix/X11 Controls]
section of /etc/snes9x/snes9x.conf.)
