Package: sysfsutils
Version: 2.1.0-5
Severity: important

Hi,

I got the error in the bootsequence saying

Fri Jul 31 10:30:13 2009: Setting sysfs variables...unknown attribute
devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scal
ing_governor failed!
Fri Jul 31 10:30:13 2009: unknown attribute
devices/system/cpu/cpu1/cpufreq/scaling_governor failed!

My guess is that /etc/init.d/sysfsutils is missing some
dependencies. It should depend on all the scripts loading
kernel modules (perhaps module-init-tools, loadcpufreq,
maybe others as well).

In my case it is enough to do

# Should-Start: loadcpufreq

Kind regards and thanks for maintaining sysfsutils

     Andreas.
