As you could know, the manpages cannot be altered by license (which
is the reason to have them in non-free) so better submitting
the issue upstream and wait ages for a possible update. Unfortunately
this is not an easy process, because POSIX is an IEEE standard.
GNU/Linux distribution can include POSIX manpages by courtesy of
the IEEE association as explained in

AFAIK the most open forum for possible revisions is located
here:

where you or anyone else can submit possible fixes for contents.
