Yup, no problem. It's a normal i386 machine (Thinkpad X60s) running

As a matter of course I typically suspend-to-ram and resume twice per
day (to travel from home to the office and back); otherwise it's left
running 24/7. I can happily run a debug version of the software for
you if that will help.
