I'm afraid it is still there. :(
Feel free to ask me again. However, if you or anyone else interested in
fixing this bug would like to check the functionality, it could be done
by first making sure the Swedish locale exists.
# echo sv_SE ISO-8859-1 >> /etc/locale.gen; locale-gen
After this is done gnubiff can be started with:
% LC_ALL=sv_SE.ISO-8859-1 gnubiff
The text in the first tab should then read "Brevlådor", not "Brevl".
It would be logical to think that if strings displayed were output
correctly, internally used would be too and then this entire bug would
go away.
