Source: xz-utils Version: 4.999.8beta-120-gb735cde-1 The AUTHORS, bugs.txt, etc. files installed by the various xz-utils packages all have last-modified date equal to the date of the upstream snapshot. It would be more helpful to let users see when the files themselves were last changed so they can notice out-of-date documentation (see Debian policy 4.7 [1]).
