Package: exaile Version: 0.2.14+debian-2 Severity: normal When editing track tags, Exaile fails to set a tag value containing the ampersand “&” character.
Example:
* Select track with filename ‘track 01.mp3’
* Select right click → “Edit track information”
* Select (or add) the “Album” tag
* Exaile shows the current tag value
* Edit the tag value to contain “Barricades & Brickwalls”
* Exaile puts a completely different value from what was typed.
(I think this value might be re-set to whatever value was last
typed or something similar.)
Instead, Exaile should accept any printable characters for the tag
value and set the tag value to the same text as was input.
